High transparency of international business
Grohe AG systematically strengthens its customer relationships worldwide: Through implementing SAP Customer Relationship Management (SAP CRM) the company now successfully optimises its global customer business, in particular its international project business. GROHE announced this at the trade fair CRM Expo 2009 in Nuremberg.
With 5000 employees and six production sites worldwide Grohe AG will use the software for Customer Relationship Management for the global control of sales and marketing activities. The special feature of this project is its short implementation phases of only two to three months per market. Thanks to SAP CRM sales representatives worldwide have access to consolidated market and customer data. At the same time, in-depth detail makes it possible to quickly analyse changes with the reporting instruments available, to address customer requests more easily and to control sales activities even better. Global transparency of international business becomes a reality.
Michael Staade, Chief Process Officer of Grohe AG: “This overview makes the relationship and communication network of a typical project transparent, where the architect is based in London, the investors in China, the planning office in Germany and the construction site in France. Even for complex projects today we know precisely what happens on site, who is working on it, who talks with whom about what and what the status is."
